Using Catia v5 R19, sometimes I need to work on details that have the view blocked by another portion of the part. What i was wondering is, can I cut a part using a specified plane and then keep that view to work? Basically, can i no-show half of a solid through a plane?
Two part question-is there anyway to remove the middle mouse button from being an "enter" key? I use the same button to rotate and I end up pushing "ok" for things i dont want.

Using NX5, i want to cut a cross section of a part and then put in a seperate file. Usually I make a sketch and use the cut/paste technique and it works. However sometimes I cannot use this because it says that it is "linked" to solids (usually doesnt work on the files i need most).
