When we select charger for substation battery, is there nay base to choose voltage level, like 120V or 208V or 240V ?
What is an impact by choosing different?

How can I calculate the locked rotor current from above information? I need to know this current for battery sizing.

For 120V dc battery, most of the times we use 125V or 130V.
Theoratically, we consider 2V/cell. So for 60Cell, it will be 120V.
What is the reason to populate the term 125 or 130V? Which one is correct?
