    Screw Compressor OIL

    What viscocity for oil would be required for a propane refrigeration system. We have 2 2500HP, and 1 300HP Howden Compressors packaged by Toromont. The refrigeration propane charge is less 1% ethane, bone dry -40. We are experiencing problems on the 300HP Compressor. It is requiring 2 oil pumps...

    Refrigeration Scrubber Vessell

    For a propane refrigeration loop,the Scrubber Vessel has a data plate in which is states the vessel is rated for -55 F. The outlet flange is a A 105. The flanges as well as the scrubber will see temperatures as low as -50. Shouldnt the flange be A350 for cold service?
