I basically have the same question as the above thread, does anybody have any tips?
When the error message mentions in-plane loading, what plane are they talking about? I don't have any remote loads in my frequency sim (at least, none that I know about).

I have seen compression coil springs that are rising rate, where the number of active coils decreases as the spring is compressed.
