Its a great little program but when a client (who doesn't use NX) is on the other side of the world it can be difficult for them to pick up how to use it fully.

In NX7.5 I do a flat pattern from a sheetmetal part. After I replace the view to see the flat pattern, I add the text <W@$SH_PART_NAME> so that the file name appears on the pattern, this can then be marked during the plate cutting process.

When I Export a PDF file out of NX, everything appears to go ok. When I look at the PDF file on screen it looks good. Line weights are there, all the notes and dimensions, generally looks perfect.
