I have a customer that sent a stp file and when importing this file into solidworks the model is not to scale. How do I get
solidworks to make the model the correct size? The scale option
is grayed out when I go to it.

I have a part that was designed on the top plane and I want to move the view to let's say the bottom or front. How do you go about switching the plane.

SW 2007 had a feature under Tools menu that was called "Check sketch for feature usage". This feature is now not available in SW2010? Why? We use this every day and would like to have this in SW2010, is it possible or is it called something else in 2010?

I'm starting to get 2010 autocad files, and I have in the past used Dwggateway to open any version of autocad files (*.dwg). Is there a new version of this software available for autocad 2010.

For the last couple of weeks, at the same time everyday I get a message that states "required source" and then shuts down solidworks. Why is it all of sudden doing this, what is it looking for. It seems to be when we are saving files, the files are on the network, but no one else is having...
