    Difference between 110 V & 220 V

    Dear All What is the difference between 22oV 50HZ & 110 V 60HZ ? which is the cheaper between the two ? If we have 220-240 V 50HZ systeem & the frequency raise more than 50 HZ what's happen to the equipments & what's behavior of the system !!!!!! Pls. Check & Advise Thanks lot...
