I have received a few drawings for clients, and after I have converted the drawing to our standards, their .shx file is still being prompted for. Is there a way to purge the .shx file out of the drawing???

I have a old R14 drawing that I have opened in map2002. when I go to plot it. My plot style .ctb isnt there the standard .stb's are thought.
How do I load a .ctb into this drawing, am I missing a check box or something???
I know using before you send out a drawing via e-transmit you need use to use pack-n-go to make sure that the transmittal contains everything needed.
But is there anyway you can link non xrefed files together so that when you pack and go it grabs those files too.

I have started to get error's in Volo-View. I have a drawing open and sometimes if I pan, or zoom I get a runtime error and Volo-view crashes out totally.
