I read this sentence in the specification of a project.I don't know what is exactly meant by this! How is this tested? Is it a certification for the equipments in the building, or it is a test on the environment...

Please I need an explanation on how ECONOMIZERS work to save energy in A/C wall mount units.My second question is how would using an Economizer in A/C unit affect the pressure inside a building?

Other than keeping a certain level of filtered air or strelized environment,why do we need a positive pressure inside a room which is equiped with electrical generators or motors.
