    viscosity of water/oil mixtures

    Hi Everyone, I need some help about undestanding why a mixture of 0.70 mass fracion of water, 0.30 of oil (c7-c30), has a viscosity of 3.4cP at 25psig and 180ºF, while pure water at the same conditions has a viscosity of 0.30cP and pure oil 0.91cP. Thank u all for ur help. Regards.
