A new production network. The equipment PC will request data to a central server. The server will send back a package of 50 data points each time.
How I challenge the network capability to handle the traffic ? How to measure the time require for a transaction?
What to check?
If we have saturated steam at 97 % quality. If we are measuring a temperature 2 degrees lower than the saturated temperature. What could cause that? We are measuring the pressure and the temperature.
In a packaging line for a pharmaceutical product. We are going to move a wall four feet. One room will be 4 feet longer and the second room 4 feet shorter. It is relative easy to move the wall. How the HVAC is affected, if affected, by the changes?
Hi:
We are trying to validated an unscramble machine in a tablets packaging line. The machine clean the bottle inside with ionize air and place a dessicant inside the bottle.
How can we test if the machine is ionizing the air ?
A device says it need and electrical utility and a circuit breaker of 10 A. Now, it have a circuit breaker of 20 A. Is 20 A OK or it is wrong?
What is the function of the circuit breaker ?
Hi:
We have a a power source of 120 VAC. System requires 115 VAC.
The system have a power supply that is suppose to supplies 24 VDC to a weighing cell. Now it is supplying 30 VDC. The power supplies input is 121 VAC (specification is 115 VAC).
Why we have 30 VDC at the weighing cell? Is...
I am considering a Checkweigher machine to detect missing parts in a assembly. The assemblies have between 3 to 6 different parts. The smaller parts weight around 3 grams.
The assemblies weight variability is up to 0.5 g. What process tolerances should I use? What checkweigher accuracy...
I need to determine what scale I need to determine if an envelop assembly lack one material(on-line check). The envelop assembly weight are (one example):
A 3.53
B 3.016
C 3.124
D 4.83
E 10.293
F 14.322
G 8.103
Total 47.218
What process tolerance I need for my system?(Why?)
What scale...
How instruments tolerance affect system process? If I have a range of 45 to 55 and want to measure up to 0.1. What instrument do I need (tolerance???)?
Inside a chamber the acceptable range is 45 C to 55 C. During one run it was recorded 44.9 C. The instrument tolerance is 1 C. Last year the same chamber fail becasue over temperature. No other failure observe in any other machines. The chamber is an ETO sterilizer.
What could be root...
The range of the cold spot temperarure during an ETO (ethylene oxide) sterlization cycle is 45-55 C. The graph displays 44.9 C ones. What could be the possible causes for this parameters outside the expected range.
