I have excel files whith lots of worksheets, To organise them Id like a tree diagram. Does anyone know of an add-in/or how to do this, so far ive been making VB coded buttons but its still a bit cumbersome.

Im trying to simply work out the surface area and volume of 3-D shapes. they are for transfer chutes between conveyors. Im struggling to make an algorithum that works, concavities are the main hassel.

I am investigating angles that are connected through one leg in truss arragements, part of this is to use the british method to work out capacities for australian sections. To do this i need to work out how the values in table 24 of BS 5950 (british steel code) were derived.

im looking for a more efficient way to specify two variables (row and column heading) and then having excel return a value from an array of numbers. presently i am using H&VLOOKUP functions but they seem to put a limit on the number of rows that are allowed in the array.

i have a steel tank to patch up. it is 8meters high and 8 meters diameter. i need to perform a calculation on how large a patch i can remove before the tank buckles.Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about this.
