Does anyone know where I can find a convenient chart that lists all the different fastener grades and their associated high temperature service limits?

I can't seem to find anything to determine if bolts are acceptable for a flange joint on an ASME B31.1 piping system. Can anyone point me in the right direction to be able to select the proper bolt or stud and nuts? Is there any case where washers should be required?
Why would one use a lubricated plug valve over a ball valve for shutoff in natural gas service?
Is it a temperature issue if the valve is located outdoors?
Is there a fire safety issue?
