I was wondering if I can have an electro-mechanical coupling between a metallic structure and a piezo-electric one. I want to measure the potential between the metallic structure that will be conducted through the piezo-electric plate when pressure is applied. Is this possible in Abaqus....and how??
I want to have to materials in contact, a piezoelectric one and a simple Stainless steel. I would like to see the charge distribution between the piezo plate and the SS material. How do I make this possible? What meshes should i use and interaction properties? Thank you.
