I would like to print out the stiffness matrix of my model to be used in another application.
I have been trying to use the command EXTSEOUT, but I didn't get it.
Do someone have any advise how to do that?

I have to evaluate by means of hand calculations the interlaminar shear strength and strain.
I have been thinking of using the ply x and y components of stress, but I am not confident that is the right procedure.
