I have a drawing with a section that I would like to move. Currently, I can only move it perpendicular to the section cut. How can I change this view so that I can move it in any direction?

I have an AutoCAD drawing that I have received is about 36” X 100”. I have never plotted a drawing this size before and so far I have not been able to find a way to plot this size in AutoCAD. Do you know if this is possible to plot something this size in AutoCAD 2002 and if so how it is done...
I need to change a model from a 10 meter to a 2 meter model dimension. I have changed the model dimension setting in the geometric standards, however, I believe that something else needs to take place. Is the a CATUTIL that I need to perform as well?
I am converting a Pro/ENGINEER drawing to CATIA V4. The view entities are great, but all of the lead lines run through the dimension and several of the angular dimensions flip the leaders over the extension line from there original location. How can I change this.
