    Issue with high resistance pulsing ground

    We have a pulsing ground at I believe 5A on our 600V line to a set of motors. A ground fault occured in one of the motors. The ground alarm triggered and the pulsing ground worked as expected. My question is when the ground is pulsing, will this cause a slight voltage drop for the entire line...
