Does anyone have some data/comments (firsthand) on the performance of CPCC
used as flexible base? Preferably with only a chip seal as the final riding surface.

I have heard from others that many somewhat recent ACP overlays, that were not milled before hand, are falling apart.
Are others out there experiencing this? And if so was a chip seal placed before the overlay?
Have you had more success/longevity with overlays when milling was performed...

Okay, what I would really like to see is "actual" instances of use of WZ speed reductions. Anything ranging from expressway to two-lane (one-lane flagger TCP) facilities would be great.
