    Flash on plastic parts

    I am curios if anyone has suggestion on how to quantify no flash on a part? Is it at a certain magnification or by a visual observation?

    Static Dissipative Nylon?

    I am looking for a statically Dissipative plastic to use with a Phosphate Ester hydrualic fluid. I have had good luck with Nylon 6/6 (Ultramid) in the fluid, but I can not find one that is statically dissipative. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Clear Plastic

    I am looking for a clear injection moldable plastic. The environment the plastic will be subjected to is temperatures up to 275 degrees F and submersed in aerospace hydraulic fluid (Skydrol). The plastic is lightly loaded but needs to maintain it’s clarity. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
