Usually materials with "note G5" have allowable stresses higher than the same material without "note G5";
Why allowable stresses for these materials are higher?
when can I use materials with "note G5"?
is there any diferrence in fabrication of these materials?

have any body noticed that when "thickness of an expansion joint" exceeds that of the adjacent shell, the spring rate of expansion joint(calculated based on TEMA RCB.8) drops sudenly. while an increas in the spring rate is expected!!
