    reference for EStop requirements for pumps (non-flammable)

    One of my associates mentioned an OSHA requirement for an Estop located near pumps (for non-flammable, cooling water). I've not been able to locate any reference to ESTOP req's for non-flammable pumps. Any thoughts or guidance from others would be appreciated. Thank you. M Eldridge
