I am looking for hydraulic couplers that can be attached to a machine and the component that slides in. The idea is that when the component slides in it mates with the machine and makes a leak free connection.

Anyone have any ideas on how to clean paint jigs used in automotive paint booths?
I'm open to all ideas. Current way includes 36,000psi water spray and it destoys the jigs.
