    Can I parallel a 4-20mA signal from a transmitter to a PLC input and another device such as a display? Assuming both are compatible for a 4-20 signal

    Barcode reader to PLC

    I have an application whereby a barcode reader must sense a label and put the data in a table in a PLC. Using a decoder? (i think). This info is passed as ASCII? to the PLC How would I handle the data for use in a MES? Thanks Dave
