Sketch Dimensions stay in millimeters in NX 7.5 even thought I select inch. I went through all my settings and set them to inch. I must be missing one. Any suggestions.
In NX 7.5.5.4: When I extract an edge curve that was made from a conic curve or try to project it into a sketch it gives me a spline. I would like a conic curve. Any ideas or is it just the way it is. Can it be corrected in another version of NX.
In NX 7.5 I am trying to dimension a Helical coil thread. I get #10-32. I am told ASME standard says it should be .190-32, but I can't get that to happen Can anyone tell me if ASME does recommends not to use #10-32 thd and what standard that might be? Thanks in advance
I have a block that has an M5 thread in it. We don't carry M5 screw's so I was told to use a#10-32 screw which has a slightly smaller thread but will screw in but feels a little loose. This just feels wrong to me. Am I being overly paranoid or is this a bad idea?
In NX7.5, I put an inch helical coil NF #10-32 hole in my part. I am trying to get a dimension to read .190-32 reason being I am told that ASME standards say not to use #10-32.I can't confirm that as I cannot find the standard that says that. Wwe also use a #10-32 UNF THD HOLE. It shows up on...
In NX7.5 Is there a way to add a balloon callout in a line of text.

I accidently opened a large assembly in NX7.5 and it is taking an extremely long time to open. Is there a way to interrupt the process without closing my session down with task manager?
Is there a way to auotomaticaly add or change item numbers to the bom in nx 7.5?
I have an assembly with over 100 PN's and I don't want to spend a lot of time changeing the item no. In Teamcenter it is Item. In NX I added a callout filed that populates the item number.

I need to add the weight of a part to a unigraphics NX5 dwg table. I can extract expressions and attributes, but I can't find a way to link the weight field from the properties.Got it to work in NX2 but not 5.
NX5 Sheet Metal Function: I have a curved part that has countersunk holes in it. When I create a flat solid of it only part of the hole translates. Any thoughts on what causes this? (see attached)
