Can somebody refer to Lightening holes standard.
The required standard is for round lightening holes having formed 45 degrees flanges (usually fabricated in aluminum webs)

I have a question:
it is acceptable to plug hole in radius with rivet or need to repair stringer per standard SRM repair (trim damaged area)?
Maybe someone have idea why per Boeing SRM typical Aft Pressure Bulkhead Web repair, repair doubler must
be install on Aft side of initial web.
And fasteners with the driven head on the Aft Pressure Bulkhead Web.
