We are still experiencing ballast failures even after installing 2 pole motion sensors on our 4 lamp T8 fixtures.
I'm thinking that because each ballast has two hots and no grounded supply conductors and the 2 pole motion sensor opens up both L1 and L2, the energy in the lamps...
We use a 20 Kw RF oven that uses a TH-6 tube to heat phenolic resin for a molding operation on our 60 Hz. supply system.
We need to relocate a manufactuing operation to India where the electrical supply is 50 Hz.

Our plant is undergoing a lighting upgrade to T8 fixtures from MH fixtures. All is well in the front of the plant where the lighting uses one 480 VAC phase to neutral at 277 VAC.
The ballasts are rated to work form 120 to 300 VAC. No taps, they are intellivolt electronic ballasts.

When I look at the input and output data files, I see some words start with "F" some with "FW" and some have nothing.
