    Locking mechanisms

    I will be using a plastic screw and a rubber washer to mount an electronic board. This board will have to undergo small amounts of vibration that i feel might affect the screw. Any ideas of how to keep the screws from backing out. i may not use any metals! thank you in advance WJM

    Clearance for various hex head nuts and bolts

    Does anyone know where I may find values for the clearances needed to assemble hex-head fasteners? For instance, if I have a M6 hex head nut that is going in a plastic molded piece, how large should I make the diameter of the cavity so that the technicians may assemble the nut in place?
