I have two different types of wires that need stripping.
One bundle has a diameter of .125" and contains 2 wires inside.
The other bundle contains 2 wires that are shrink wrapped together.
We need to cut these wires to various lengths and then be able to strip and tin them without damaging...
We currently use Dow Corning's G-N Metal Assembly Paste and apply it with a brush. This is very time consuming. Their G-N Paste comes in a spray form, but we aren't having much success with it. The main ingredient, from what I understand, is Molybdenum Disulfide.
Are there any spray coatings...
