    Telecommunications Grounding

    Hi, I am testing Telecommunication Grounding. The electrodes are in the street. Should be possible get wrong measure because of water pipes across the street, electric lines, etc?. I have put the test rods of the Megger on the street. I am looking forward to your response. Thanks
