From my understanding, high performance butterfly valves only include double offset and triple offset butterfly valves. Concentric butterfly valves are not high performance butterfly valves. Is this correct?

Is it possible to apply weld build up to valves to reach a higher schedule? For example, you have a buttweld valve with a lower schedule but you need a buttweld valve with a higher schedule, can weld build up be applied to reach the requirement?

What is the difference between a full port, regular port, or reduced port ball valve? I have read a forum about full port and regular port. We require a regular port ball valve but a vendor gave us a reduced port. Is there a difference?
