I work for a company that is into CMM, and we are having a static build up problem. We have a large measuring head that floats on a ceramic beam via air bearings. It is driven by a small rubber wheel which contacts the surface. Static builds up on the Ceramic beam through some mechanism unknown...
Im designing a fixture for a part that came as a Catia file.
I imported it into solidworks, but can't find the tooling points on the model. I can see them on the drawing, so I know they are in the Catia file, but did I lose them going to solidworks?
