    bending a laser with magnets?

    I was wondering if it could be possible to bend a laser beam using a magnet if the laser was charged somehow according to the particle theory of light if possible.

    Material that can reduce the force of attraction between two magnets?

    I'm not too familiar with magnetism and was wondering if there was a material that would reduce the forces of attraction/repulsion between two magnets and would only reduce magnetic forces directly in between the two magnets.
