Has anyone installed SP3 to their XP OS on a PC that has Inventor 2008/Autocad 2008 installed?
I'm just wondering if there has been any reported troubles...
I have an Inventor assembly model (*.iam)... I can click on the "Bill of Materials" tool and a window appears with a structured BOM shown... But I cannot print it... The "Export" button, and others, are greyed out at the top of the BOM window... Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong??
I am trying to build an assy model of a casement window. I have a seperate assy model of the hinge which I can rotate through it's operation. When I place that hinge assy into my overall window assy model I cannot rotate the hinge. I can rotate the hinge within it's own assy model but I cannot...
I accidently started an un-install on Autocad 2002. I canceled and did a re-install of Autocad 2002 and now when I start Autocad 2002 I get the following message:
Menu Load Failed: File Not Found:edw.(mnu/mns/mnc)
What is that and how do I correct it?
I want to delete the base view and cross-section view and just keep the projected view in a ".idw" Inventor drawing... But when I right-click either the base or cross-section view and click "delete", all views go away... How can I keep the projected view and delete the other 2 views??
While in either a part model or assembly model view (.ipt or .iam) how do you print your model so that it is scaled to fit the page... I don't see any printing options and Inventor seems to decide on it's own what size to print the model...
Is there a way to display and print the Center of Gravity of an object or assembly in an Inventor drawing (.idw) with it's dimensional location relative to the object??
I have a spur gear on a shaft... The gear has a 0.25" I.D. and the shaft has a 0.25" O.D... I have the gear mated onto the shaft in the proper location using the "Insert" constraint... But I cannot seem to find the proper constraint to use so that the gear and shaft are "pinned" together...
