    Skirt Strength

    Code enforcement future

    This may sound off-the-wall, but I have it on good authority that Sec VIII Division 1 will become less common and Division 2 will become more standard over the next few years. Can anyone point me where to look into this further or does anybody else have any facts on this themselves ? Thanks...

    PWHT Blind Flanges

    I haven't seen a thread that relates to this question. I am PWHTing a vessel that has 2 manways and 1 4" vent with a blind flange. They are SA-105N. Do these blind flanges need to be PWHT'd ? Why/why not ? Thank you
