    Plastic shell around a liquid interior

    I need to make water-capsule covered with plastic. Does anyone knows if it would be possible/pratical to cool the water into ice and very rapidly submerge the ice in a fused plastic bath and allow everything to cool and thus solidify the plastic shell? Thank you
