    Error code &H000F1 on PLC Omron CQM1 "Memory error"

    Hello everybody. I just received a machine that has an Omron PLC CQM1. It has a Memory error code &H000F1. I tried to clear the error but it can not be cleared. Will somebody help me with this issue? Or maybe the CPU needs to be replaced? Thanks
