We have 3 inline exchangers. As part of the maintenance cycle the middle exchanger will remain in place, and the two outside will be slid away from the middle on bearings.
Does anyone know how to calculate the initial required flange jacking screw breaking forces.

I have a De-ethaniser Column operating at Minus 20 Deg C. The top platform is supported from an inverted skirt welded onto the top tan line.
The inverted skirt is 667mm long and has a flat ring onto which the platform is supported.
