    What is the Dmin in Seismic Design Manual

    On page 4-21 of the Seismic Design Manual, there is a calc for the variable Dmin. The book reads as follows: "The minimum required single-sided fillet weld size is, Dmin=Ru/1.392kips/in(lw)=.784 Could someone tell me what this unitless value represents. Thanks in advance
