    How do I change the scale of an existing drawing?

    I need to change the scale of an existing drawing from 3/8" to 1/4" to make changes. Also, how do I insert a drawing (which I'm not sure of it's scale) into a 1/4" drawing. I'm just confused about the scale factor. Thank you.
