When calculation the 'stress' of a part... our Company standard is to calculate the stress at 60% of the yeild!
Is there a way of showing this on the chart as well as indicating the 'Yeild strength' which is shown as standard?

If you create a part model complete with dimensions...
when you add a scale to that model, the dimensions stay as the dimensions before the scale!
Is there a way to change the dimensions with the scale?

How do I round down a number in an increment of 5?
Example:
if I have an aswser of £6.52... how do I round down to £5.00
or
if I have a answer of £21.06... how do I round down to £20.00

I am trying to use the 'FLEX' tool...
I want to apply two flexes to a polyurethane disc representing the disc flexing inside a pipeline.
The problem is the flex tool flexes from the centre point... can you flex about a given radius from the centre point?

I have a table of threads: M3 down to M10
I am using Index, Match to find specific information from the table relating to the thread for a calculation depending which thread I pick using data validation.
If I have the threads listed in the table from M3 down to M10, the selection...
I am using an IF Statement to work out the cost of something... by doing this, it will work it out to umpteen decimal places (this messes up the spreadsheet to no end) and not the two decimal places required!
Is there a way of adding a ROUND into the equation to get the two decimal places required?
I have managed to construct the 'Wye' in terms of putting two pipes together and putting the relevant holes through!
What I am stuck on is generating the chamfers for the weld preperation... please take a look at the picture attached to see what I require!

Has anybody modelled a 'Fabricated Pipeline Wye Piece'?
I am attempting to model one, but am having trouble in getting the cuts of the two pipes correct...
This refers back to an earlier question I posted with regards a 'Dihedral Chamfer'.
I am trying to write an 'IF Statement' where I9 is the variable ranging from 0 to 5000.
R9 and S9 return a different answer depending on the figure I9 returns.
Currently if I9 is '0' R9 and S9 default to 0.20 due to the formula in R9 and S9 respectively.
If I9 is equal to 0 I want I9 to show...
The product I would like to have the 'mass properties' added too, has a wastage of 10%.
Is it possible to add this 10% to the 'overall mass' so this can be shown in the custom properties, and sub sequentially on the drawing?
Is it possible to create a 'Stand Alone Part/Assembly' from a Part/Assembly with configurations without having to delete all of the configurations from the new file...
Doing a Save As replicates the original file complete with configurations.
