It was found indication that during sponge test, some of sponge left in the manifold piping ( close to the butt joint pipe to pipe ). We can not use borescope because after complete weld there're no access to do that.
We have try to use radiographic too. But it can't help to verify tube...

It found case that during welding manifold use sponge rubber for supporting backing gas during weld process ( material P-91 ), the sponge rubber left in the nipple of manifold and no hand access to remove it.
