    Electrolysis on aluminium fresh water tanks

    I have a problem on a steel yacht with Aluminium fresh water tanks that are showing early signs of electrolysis corrosion, close to the tanks are two battery's could these be the cause of the broblem and should I fit zinc anodes to the tanks? There was also white crystals deposited in the tanks...
