    1769-L31 Run Mode

    Hello Everyone: Every time that I power up the PLC, Rockwell 1769-L31, it goes strait to Fault and STOP, although the switch is in RUN position. If I connect the PC to it, I can see the origin of the error: Power Supply Failure !!! How can I put the PLC automatic in RUN mode without any faults...
