    wrc 107 nozzle stresses

    I have a vessel with a nozzle and both are subjected to external pressure (vacuum). Should my radial load P in wrc 107 include the longitudinal vacuum force? How do I combine the nozzle local stresses to the stresses cause by vacuum? Any help will be appreciated.
