Is anyone very familiar with this pump. We are having trouble getting the correct parts for it. The distributor has sent us the wrong mechanical seals. Now they sent us a sleeve, which is not what we need. The stationary seal is also wrong.

Our expansion tank (glycol system for comfort cooling) runs at a positive pressure when the system is off and goes into a vaccuum when running, sometimes as much as 20 Hg. Is this normal.Seems like a pretty high vaccuum.

Our CHW pumps are housed in boxes stuffed with insulation. The insulation stays wet from sweating and it's starting to rust the piping. Has anyone found a better way.
