    Material of construction for low pH abrasive slurry

    Any suggestion on material to be used for application with carbonates and silica slurry (S.G. 1.2 and pH 1.2-1.8, average 1.4)? Will CD4MCu for wetted parts be a good choice? Thank you.

    Non sparking belt guard

    I have been asked to provide a non sparking belt guard. Someone told me to make it out of Aluminium. Do I need to use Aluminium fasteners on the guard as well? I worry Aluminium is too soft to hold things together. Can I use regular steel fasteners? Thanks.
