    PSV for atmospheric floating roof storage tank

    Would an atmospheric floating roof storage tank (for Crude oil) require PSV? Or would the breather vents be sufficient? I am wondering if the oil overflow noticed around the breather vents on a floating roof tank in my facility could be due to inadequate venting/over pressure? Thanks.
