In Solid Edge V20, where can I find the file that stores the custom (personalised) toolbar settings? We have several employees that work on different computers every time. To have the same 'personal' toolbars on different computers would be a great advantage.

I'm trying to put a special character 'less than or equal to' symbol into a text box.
When I copy this character from the character map, it shows as an 'equal' symbol.

When we started working with solid edge, about 2 years ago, we've made templates for our drafts.
Since then some texts have changed in these templates.
Older drawings still have the old template.
Is there a solution for (ex-)changing the old templates in the old drawings to the newest...
hi all,
Since a few weeks we've migrated from SE 32bit to SE 64bit.
Now the "SE standard parts library" doesn't work with 64bit.
Does anybody know of an alternative we can use?

When exiting solid edge ST , solid edge remains in Task Manager, and a memory dump is not performed.
When starting a new solid edge session (unaware of the above) multiple sessions of solid edge can be running.
Is there a setting in which to overcome this problem?

In a draft file the contour lines of a broken out section (view) are always as thick as the contour lines of the model. In essence very logical.
However, is there a way to change this? Let's just say I want the lines to be phantom lines

I made a new assembly (2) which contains an assembly with a thread (1). The thread color in assy (1) is default green.
When I make an assembly feature (revolved cutout) in assy (2), the shown thread color in assy (2) changes from default green to orange.

I've placed adjustable parts in an asm.
All adjustable parts have a basic extruded protrusion of 100 mm.
For the asm I have changed the length of the extruded protrusions to 500 mm.
How can I put the 'adjusted' length of the part in the parts list of my draft file?

When in the draft file (made from an assembly), does anybody know how to make a broken-out section of a single part in the assembly?
Is it possible to do so?
When I try to make such a section, all parts in the assembly are broken-out!
