Does anybody have experience in performing a structural pressure test (not a simple leakage test) after fuselage skin repair (500x500 mm doubler)?
Shall I really take care of it? Is it sufficient to reach the pressure relief valve setting? Does anybody have guidelines or procedures...

I mean, which variables do I have to consider to come to a major or minor repair for critical or not critical parts.
Is a repair on critical parts always a major repair?

Do you know if there is a std definition of crack?
I have heard that in NDT there is a crack when the length of the defect is three times more than its width. Unfortunately I have not found any document stating that.

Does anybody know the origin of the Kc=153 ksi sqr(in) tabulated in the material database of 2024-T3?
It should have something to do with the apparent fracture toughness. I can't find any clarification in the letterature.
