I want to find strength of a spot welded joint using Ansys Workbench. The weld needs to be flexible.
If modeling of flexible spot weld is not possible in workbench, how do I model it in classic Ansys.

I'm having difficulty in defining a displacement/velocity constraint on a part. I want this particular part to be stationary from time = 0 to time =.005 seconds; then, the part would rotate and move axially based on a certain spring force. Can anyone please give me suggestions?
